These are my life rules that help me live more efficiently and productively and complete my projects with ease. These rules are the most significant insights from my 50-Day Life Transformation Challenge.
I continuously work on these rules, which means that I regularly read, revise, supplement, or modify them.

Rise Early
Ideally before 6 a.m., and do so every day. Begin your day by drinking two glasses of water and then engage in reading, meditating, or writing. Dedicate at least 45 minutes entirely to yourself.
Write Daily
Record your thoughts daily. Keep a journal and reflect on yourself. Note down what is on your mind.
Contemplate
Allocate specific times for conscious contemplation. Separate your tasks into thinking and execution phases. Isolate the thinking time from the execution time ("Sleep on it"). Avoid rushing into things. For instance, when you start a task, you will inevitably realize that you first need to think about how to approach it and how to solve it. Make sure to address this beforehand so that you can immediately proceed with the execution phase.
Move Your Body
Engage in some form of physical activity every day. The choice of sport doesn't matter; running is certainly the simplest because you can do it anytime, anywhere, with minimal equipment.
Maintain Your Environment
Your environment reflects your thinking; take good care of it. Clean up your surroundings daily and approach this task with dedication. Don't do it in passing but make it a conscious part of your daily routine. Start by making your bed right after waking up.
Strive For Simplification
Strive for simplification in all aspects of life and in your mindset. Create simple structures and streamline your surroundings (e.g., reduce decorations in your home while opting for higher quality). Whenever you are faced with a choice, opt for less but higher-quality items. Simple structures are easier to understand and maintain.
Strive For Depth
Always fully immerse yourself in something and seek depth. When you work, work. When a child tells you something, listen closely. When you want to relax, then relax. No matter what you do, do it with full dedication and passion. Seek depth in everything. Create a distraction-free space. Don't constantly reach for your smartphone while you're supposed to be doing something else (listening, working, relaxing, reading, eating, etc.).
