The countdown is on: only 50 days left until my 40th birthday. This milestone has inspired me to create a new plan and finally set some important things in motion. My long-standing dream has been to be financially secure by the age of 40. Although I haven't quite reached that goal yet, I firmly believe that it is still possible.

I want to view the remaining 50 days until November 7, 2023, as a form of investment. Each day presents an opportunity to invest in a specific project or in my personal leisure time. When we break down time on a daily basis, we have 50 days, each with 24 hours at our disposal.

I have already allocated some hours each day for specific activities:

  • 8 hours for sleep
  • 1.5 hours for meal preparation and eating
  • 1 hour for exercise
  • 1 hour for reading
  • 0.5 hours for writing

This leaves me with 12 hours each day that I can use for my investments. In total, I have 600 hours available to pursue my goal of financial freedom before my 40th birthday.

This blog post will document the journey as I consciously invest in my future every day. My objective is to make the most of this remaining time and take steps that bring me closer to my financial goal. Join me on this journey, and let's find out together how much can be achieved in 50 days. The countdown is on, and I am determined to make the most of this time.
